Central Agricultural University (CAU) has issued a recruitment notification for the various posts of Associate Professor, Assistant Professor & Professors under Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST/OBC.

Pay Scale: Rs 37400-67000/-

Age Limit: Age of the candidate for Associate Professor should not be more than 47 years.

Post Name: Assistant Professor

No. Of Post: 01

Pay Scale: Rs 15600-39100/-

Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 35 years.

Post Name: Professor

No. Of Post: 05 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs 37400-67000/-

Education Qualification:

Associate Professor & Professor: 

• Master's Degree in the relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point.
• Good academic record with Ph.D Degree in the relevant discipline.

Assistant Professor: 

• Master's Degree in the relevant subject including relevant basic sciences with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point. Evidence of having cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by ICAR ASRB, UGC-CSIR. NET shall not be required in disciplines for which NET is not conducted. Or Ph.D. in relevant subject with 2 published Research papers in scientificjournals with NAAS rating.
